In 2 minutes

This handbook requires no technical knowledge. None. If you can send a message and open a website, you already know everything you need to start.

It teaches you to use four tools that will save you time in your work, your studies or your projects. We move forward in small steps, and in every chapter you do something concrete: no theory you'll forget straight away.

The image to keep in mind: you're learning to drive, not to build the engine. You don't need to understand how an AI works to use it very well, just as you drive without knowing how to assemble a gearbox.

Let's do it together

No tool to open for this first chapter. First we sort out the way you read, and that will save you time on all the chapters that follow.

  1. Get to know the shape of a chapter. Always the same sections, always in the same order: what you'll be able to do, in 2 minutes, let's do it together, your turn, pitfalls to avoid, key takeaways. After two chapters, you'll know instinctively where to look.
  2. Rule number one: you do as you read. You open the tool on one half of your screen, the handbook on the other, and you follow along. Reading without doing is like watching someone else swim.
  3. Don't skip the "Your turn" section. It's the only moment when you're alone at the controls, with no example to copy. That's when it really sinks in.
  4. Go in order. Each part prepares the next: Claude drives Higgsfield, which feeds Design, and everything comes together in the combined workshop.

Your turn

No technical exercise this time, but one sentence to write somewhere you'll find it again: what would you love to achieve with AI? One sentence, not a paragraph. A project, a chore to get rid of, a wish. We'll come back to it at the end of the handbook, and you'll be surprised how far you've come.

Pitfalls to avoid
  • Trying to read it all in one go without doing anything. This handbook is something you practise, not something you just read. One chapter a day, doing the exercises, beats the whole book in a single evening.
  • Skipping Part 0 because you feel too advanced for it. It sets up the reflexes you'll use everywhere afterwards, including with the most impressive tools.
