Terms of sale
This English version is a courtesy translation provided for convenience only. The French version is the legally binding text.
The product
"The Complete AI Workshop" (original French title: "L'atelier IA complet") is a digital handbook read online, in the site's reader, from a personal account and with no time limit ("access with no time limit": for as long as the service is operated). Updates to the handbook are included until August 2027.
The handbook is not supplied as a PDF, an EPUB or in any other downloadable form, and cannot be read offline: it is read on screen, on a computer as well as on a phone. Only the working files that come with it can be downloaded from your account: two compressed folders, the demonstration folder for Part IV and the deliverables of the Part V recipes. The logbook and the troubleshooting page are displayed online.
Price and payment
The price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies: €40 by bank card (via Stripe), which is about 26,500 CFA converted at checkout, conversion fees on top. It is a single price, the same for everyone. A referrer's code does not change this price: it only credits a commission to the person who recommended the handbook to you.
Seller, invoice and taxes
For bank card payments, the seller in the legal sense is Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe and its Link service), acting as merchant of record: Stripe collects the payment, issues the invoice and the receipt, and handles the collection and remittance of the applicable tax.
On your bank statement the payment therefore appears under a wording such as "LINK.COM*" or "Sold through Link", and not under the name GLOBAL CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY. This is not a billing error.
For MTN Mobile Money payments (Benin only), the sale is concluded directly with GLOBAL CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY, through its collection provider. Stripe is not involved and no Stripe invoice is issued: if you need an invoice, ask for it at contact@atelieriacomplet.com.
The price shown is an all-inclusive price: any VAT or tax applicable in your country of residence is included in it, and nothing is added at the time of payment.
Whatever the payment method, GLOBAL CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY remains the publisher of the handbook and the party responsible for the service: the content, account access and support are its responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
The handbook is digital content, supplied online and made accessible immediately, with no physical medium. By ticking the box provided for this purpose at the time of purchase, you expressly request that access be opened to you as soon as it is made available, and you waive your right of withdrawal from the moment that access is opened: from that moment on, the content has been supplied to you in full. You give this waiver yourself, knowingly, at the time of purchase: without it, payment is not unlocked.
Final purchase
As a result, the purchase is firm and final: no refund is issued once access to the handbook has been opened, whatever the reason. To judge before you buy, the free sample can be read freely, with no account and no email address: it contains the first 8 chapters, namely the opening chapter and the whole of Part 0.
These terms therefore open no refund procedure: none as of right, none on an exceptional basis, none as a gesture of goodwill. They cannot, however, prevent a chargeback: the decision to reverse a payment belongs to your bank or your card issuer, not to the publisher. A refund obtained that way does not stem from these terms; the access opened by the reversed payment then has nothing left in return for it and may be closed.
If a technical problem stops you from accessing the handbook you have paid for, write to contact@atelieriacomplet.com from your account's email address: access will be restored.
Account and access
Access is personal and tied to the account that paid. It is nominative and cannot be transferred to another account. You can read from as many devices as you like, for as long as the service is operated: no technical expiry is set. Large-scale sharing of sign-in details may lead to access being suspended, after we have contacted you.
Deletion of your account and the associated data is requested by email at contact@atelieriacomplet.com: there is no self-service deletion feature on the site.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms of sale are governed by the law of Benin. The French version alone is legally binding; any translation is provided for convenience.
If something goes wrong, first write to contact@atelieriacomplet.com describing the problem and giving the email address of your account. An answer is provided within 30 days, and an amicable settlement is always sought first.
Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Cotonou (Republic of Benin) shall have sole jurisdiction, being the seat of the business GLOBAL CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY.
This clause does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. If you buy as a consumer from a country whose law provides such protections, notably within the European Union, you keep the benefit of those provisions and the option of bringing proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. In particular, a consumer buyer resident in the European Union keeps the rights their own law grants them regarding digital content, including the conditions under which they may waive those rights: the waiver of the right of withdrawal set out above applies to them only within the limits that law allows.
